Everything known to exist is subject to the law-like regularity of determinism and causality, so if by free will you mean exemption from determinism and influence then we are not free. I believe in the existence of free will in the context of having the ability to make decisions and control my behavior. My view of free will is no different from agency. Of course conscious free will is an illusion, though
